In the first part of the video I fill my heels with a little cream before putting my bare feet in them. I play with the cream a little with my toes before pouring half the tin of treacle over my feet and toes while still wearing the heels. I take my feet out and slop more cream over my feet before rubbing everything around with my toes, showing a little sole at times. I then pour more treacle over my feet and play around in the mess for a while, making a creamy and sticky mess. I try and zoom in a little more with the camera so you can see the mess move through my toes! Then I wash off with the shower. I put my heels back on when washing off.

The second part is completely unrelated to the first. Consider it a little freebie! In the second part of the video (only a couple of minutes), I'm just slopping around a previous mess with my bare feet. My feet are completely covered in some of the thick green glop from a huge gunging I took earlier.
